Holiday Operating Hours

Our offices will close from 5:30 pm, Friday 19 December 2025 and reopen on Monday 5 January 2026.

During this time, a dedicated Customer Care and Warehouse team will be available to assist with orders, enquiries, and delivery requirements on the following days:

Ordering Deadlines

To ensure timely delivery for procedures scheduled before Monday 5 January 2026, please place your orders by 2:00pm, Monday 15 December 2025.

For urgent support during the holiday period, please contact our Customer Care team and follow the prompts to reach the on-call representative.
